US customers: we accept credit card or 30 day net term
International customers: prepaid payment
Shipping
All domestic orders will be delivered in 2-3 days after processing
Returns
No returns are accepted for custom orders. Courtesy returns on regular orders will be considered case by case. Refunds will be processed after a tool exam is completed. For approved returns, a 30% restocking fee will be charged on original order amount, plus shipping cost. No returns will be accepted after 60 days of the order shipping date.
